Training and support
Our existing network of franchisees come from all walks of life, and a diverse range of backgrounds and former careers. So, we believe in offering a little extra in the way of training and support, to ensure they are equipped with all the necessary skills they need to be successful.
This is the fundamental basis on which we launched the X-Press Academy – a series of bespoke workshops run bi-monthly for the entire X-Press franchise network.
The Academy Programme is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) with attendees qualifying for ILM Certificates
The workshops are run by leading Business Development Coach,
Emma Stanton, and subjects covered include all aspects of business management and personal development, including:

- Presentation skills
- Social media
- Time management
- Marketing and sales
- Coaching and personal mentoring
- Business planning
- HR and Law
- Leadership and management
The Academy also features the X-Cellence and X-Cellerator Clubs. These offer qualifying franchisees with a unique business networking opportunity, along with a forum to share best practice, taking their business to the next level.
Our Academy Roadshow is supported by 15 business partners, and our Annual Conference celebrates our successes, including the crowning of the prestigious Franchisee of the Year Award.
